Privacy Policy
Effective August 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dynus (“Dynus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use dynus.tech and related services.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. This includes your name, company, email address, mobile number, project challenge, and the contents of messages or requests you send through the proposal studio or otherwise. If you use our client workspace, we may also process account credentials and the business information you or your organization choose to enter there.
Automatically collected information. Our hosting providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, pages requested, timestamps, and logs needed for security, performance, and abuse prevention. During limited technical troubleshooting, Dynus may temporarily log the full proposal prompt, which can contain information you submit; we use those logs only to diagnose and resolve service errors.
Generated information. The proposal studio creates an AI-generated draft proposal from the information you submit. We may process that output to provide, secure, and improve the requested service.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to operate and secure the website and client workspace; generate and deliver requested proposals; respond to inquiries; communicate about potential or existing engagements; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with law; establish or defend legal claims; and improve our services. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. AI proposal studio
When you use the proposal studio, your name, company, contact information, and project description are sent to our server and to Google’s Gemini API to generate a draft proposal. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, regulated data, or trade secrets. The proposal is an automated starting point and may be reviewed by Dynus if you ask us to follow up.
Dynus currently uses Gemini API services on a free tier where, according to Google’s service terms and pricing disclosures, submitted content may be used to improve Google products. If this matters to you, do not use the proposal studio; contact us directly instead.
4. How we disclose information
We disclose personal information only as needed to operate the Services, at your direction, with your consent, to comply with law, or to protect rights and safety. Our service providers may include:
- Vercel, which hosts and delivers the website and server functions.
- Google Gemini API, which generates proposal drafts from your submitted project information.
- FormSubmit, which delivers Dynus notification emails for completed proposal requests.
- Supabase, which provides authentication and database infrastructure for the Dynus client workspace.
- Resend, if configured, which delivers requested proposals by email.
- Twilio, if configured, which delivers requested proposals by SMS.
- Google Fonts, which provides website typography.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, and to legal or public authorities when required or permitted by law.
5. Text and email communications
If you provide an email address or phone number to book with Dynus, we use it to administer your proposal and meeting. If you separately opt in, Dynus may send recurring automated SMS messages about your proposal, meeting, and related services. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not send promotional text messages without the consent required by law.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The public website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which provides anonymized traffic measurements without cookies. Essential technologies may also be used to deliver the site, maintain security, remember authenticated workspace sessions, and prevent abuse. Browser controls may allow you to limit cookies, but some workspace features may not function correctly as a result.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, respond to you, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information longer. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it where practicable.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission, storage system, or AI service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not transmit sensitive information through the proposal studio.
9. International transfers
Dynus and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your location. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; or to appeal a privacy-rights decision. To exercise a right, email warren@dynus.tech with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law. You may also authorize an agent where permitted by law, subject to verification.
11. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
12. Third-party links
The Services may link to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and Dynus is not responsible for them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after an update is subject to the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
14. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact Dynus at warren@dynus.tech.
